Design realistic backend tasks covering feature work and bug fixing
Write reference implementations and deterministic verifiers for each task
Set clear constraints and expected behaviour so tasks test engineering reasoning
Debug, refactor and optimise existing code where tasks require it
Review submitted solutions for correctness and give precise technical feedback
