What you will do

  • Lead discovery with firm billing and finance teams on time capture, pre-bills, invoicing and collections.
  • Design rate structures, fee arrangements and invoice templates on the platform and in Salesforce.
  • Configure time and expense capture, cost recovery and pre-bill approval workflows with write-ups and write-downs.
  • Set up e-billing with LEDES files, UTBMS codes and outside counsel guidelines.
  • Design AR and collections processes, including retainers, trust funds and client statements.
