Support Engineer

About the role

Resolve technical support tickets covering CRM, data, integrations and configuration for dealership management software, and help improve support workflows with automation and AI.

What you will do

• Triage incoming tickets, dig into the cause and see fixes through to resolution
• Trace data and sync problems using SQL queries, logs, APIs and monitoring tools
• Handle integrations with dealership systems, including mapping and configuration faults
• Keep dealers and internal teams informed with clear updates and resolution notes
• Own escalations, record findings and coordinate with development, product and customer success
• Build AI-assisted workflows and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks and process docs

What they look for

• Three to five years in technical support, application support, platform operations or similar hybrid roles
• Solid SQL skills for investigating data issues and validating records
• Comfort troubleshooting APIs, integrations and request and response flows
• Able to read code such as C to understand application behaviour
• Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences, plus a process improvement mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with dealership management systems, SaaS platforms or dealer operations
• Experience with communication APIs such as Twilio
• Exposure to AI tools, LLM APIs or workflow automation, or a DevOps or incident management background

Pay

USD 115,200 to 140,800 per year
