Systems Engineer (Enterprise Applications Support)

About the role

Join a worldwide systems development group to keep enterprise software running smoothly. You will handle technical support, troubleshooting and testing so business operations continue without disruption.

What you will do

• Support off the shelf packages at second and third tier levels
• Install advanced information systems and train users on them
• Set up and maintain specialised systems such as warehouse solutions
• Track software updates and new releases, recommending upgrades or purchases
• Keep validation status current for systems covered by CFR 21 Part 11
• Run periodic technical audits across departments to check standards compliance

What they look for

• A university or college degree in computer science or IT
• A solid technical background
• Hands on experience supporting business applications or enterprise platforms
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical ability and a customer focused, service minded attitude

Nice to have

• Prior systems analysis experience
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools
• Experience in systems development and validation
• Background in testing, including writing test cases and running test scripts
