About the role

Owns engineering hiring for a company reshaping how employers fund employee health benefits, building the technical team for its next growth stage. The recruiter partners with leaders, cultivates talent relationships and keeps the hiring bar high.

What you will do

• Run full cycle recruiting for engineering, from proactive sourcing to offer close, and help with other priority searches
• Work with engineering leaders to define roles, agree on standards and keep a high hiring bar while scaling
• Create evergreen pipelines and build relationships with strong engineers ahead of need
• Design sourcing plans and open new talent channels such as technical communities, referrals and university hiring
• Use recruiting data and market insight to diagnose searches, find bottlenecks and adjust strategy
• Refine hiring practice, covering interview design, calibration, candidate experience and closing

What they look for

• Four or more years of full cycle technical recruiting, with a record of hiring engineers across levels and profiles
• Deep sourcing experience and proven success engaging hard to reach technical talent
• Technical fluency to understand the work, ask good questions and engage engineers credibly
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders, influencing search strategy and upholding a high bar
• Skill at managing offers and closing candidates while balancing expectations, market data and compensation approach
• Startup or high growth experience, able to build while delivering and adapt as priorities shift
