Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

You will lead the technical rollout of digital solutions for hospitals and regional health networks, from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term use. The role combines technical depth with stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with hospital IT and digital stakeholders across regional health networks
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical clarity that speeds up trust and approval
• Engage customer technical review boards, data and AI governance groups and networking teams
• Deliver technical presentations covering product overviews, data flow and network topology
• Create repeatable implementation processes for enterprise and local hospital deployments
• Prepare field service teams with accurate documentation, validated configurations and timely updates

What they look for

• Six or more years in medical technology implementation, IT consulting or healthcare digital work
• Experience in account management or direct work with capital sales
• Strong written and verbal communication with operational, clinical and technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree
