  • Treat older adults one on one over telehealth, adding house calls or other visits as leadership directs
  • Carry out individual care plans written by the supervising physical therapist using evidence-based methods
  • Run sessions that support mobility, wellness and daily function
  • Complete and submit clinical and administrative paperwork on time, following documentation and payer rules
  • Work with PTs, OTs, SLPs and fitness specialists, and teach patients, caregivers and senior living staff about safety
