3D Animator

About the role

An art outsourcing studio is hiring mid to senior animators for upcoming game projects. The role focuses on motion capture cleanup and facial or cinematic animation using Maya, MotionBuilder and Unreal Engine 5.

What you will do

• Animate characters, creatures, props and vehicles
• Help build and refine the structure of a high-end 3D animation team
• Collaborate closely with the Animation Director and Project Manager

What they look for

• A strong recent portfolio or demo reel showing game 3D animation skill
• At least five years of professional game industry animation experience
• Proficiency with Maya and Unreal Engine 5 Sequencer cinematics
• Hands-on experience with motion capture cleanup
• Background in realistic art styles with bipedal human animation for games

Nice to have

• MotionBuilder experience
• Unreal Engine 5 integration, hand keyed animation and proprietary tools
• Related skills such as rigging, skinning or scripting

Pay
