Graphic Designer for Advertising

About the role

The role turns campaign briefs into on-brand advertising creative for paid social and display campaigns, supporting creative production and testing. The designer owns the process from concept through final assets and iterates using campaign feedback.

What you will do

• Produce polished ad designs that keep brand consistency while serving each campaign
• Create distinct creative variations to test imagery, layouts and messaging approaches
• Adapt approved concepts to different ad sizes and placements while keeping readability
• Use campaign results and stakeholder feedback to refine creative and explain design choices
• Build reusable templates and organized asset libraries, and deliver quality-checked exports and source files

What they look for

• Ability to develop several approaches to a brief and refine work from constructive feedback
• Fluent written and spoken English for remote collaboration
• Reliable project organization with clear file naming, version control and timely deadline communication

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or short-form video editing for advertising creative
• Experience supporting creative A/B tests and using results to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with landing page or e-commerce creative
• Experience building reusable templates in Figma or Canva
