Senior Manager, Retail Media Search

About the role

A strategic account leadership role overseeing retail media search campaigns for key clients, developing search strategies and guiding execution teams to deliver measurable business results.

What you will do

• Lead retail media search strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with client objectives and KPIs
• Guide bid, keyword and audience targeting recommendations and oversee campaign planning and optimisation
• Act as primary client contact, running strategy reviews and performance updates
• Analyse campaign results, benchmark competitors and identify optimisation opportunities
• Review and approve campaign setup, audiences, assets and messaging before launch
• Mentor execution teams and identify workflow, cross-sell and new channel opportunities

What they look for

• Four to five or more years in media planning or buying, with at least two years hands-on in retail media search
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Search Ads or Target Search Ads
• Expertise in retail media search strategy, optimisation and performance management
• Strong analytical, communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into data-driven search strategies
