About the role

A remote creative role producing video and static ads for Meta campaigns. The editor turns footage, brand assets and briefs into polished content that feeds ongoing testing and iteration.

What you will do

• Turn briefs, raw footage and brand assets into finished video and static ads for Meta
• Craft clear messages through strong hooks, pacing, captions and calls to action
• Design static creatives that present offers clearly and match the brand
• Produce variations for testing different hooks, messages, visuals and formats
• Meet agreed deadlines, report progress and raise blockers early
• Use feedback and campaign insights to improve creative iterations and deliver organized source files and exports

What they look for

• Hands-on experience making both video ads and static creatives for Meta
• Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools, with quality valued over specific software
• Ability to work fast while keeping edits clean, text accurate and visuals consistent
• Demonstrated initiative in suggesting improvements and finishing work
• Strong written and spoken English and dependable remote communication

Nice to have

• Editing user-generated content or direct response ads
• Motion graphics, animation or sound design skills
