About the role

Edit short-form performance video ads for Meta and TikTok, turning raw footage, UGC, scripts, and briefs into conversion-focused creative. The role suits an editor with strong creative judgment in direct-response advertising.

What you will do

• Produce UGC-style, creator-led, demo, testimonial, and benefit-driven ads
• Turn raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, and briefs into polished ads
• Create variations of winning ads for continued testing
• Test hooks, pacing, captions, visuals, structures, and calls to action
• Use b-roll, on-screen text, motion graphics, and sound design to improve retention

What they look for

• Experience editing direct-response or e-commerce ads
• Instinct for hooks and the opening seconds of an ad
• Understanding of pacing, retention, hold rate, and watch time
• Skill with on-screen text, captions, graphics, and b-roll
• Ability to make footage feel native to Meta and TikTok
• Clear communication of product benefits and credibility
