Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

A remote role managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns for a varied roster of clients, combining campaign building, performance reporting and pixel tracking work.

What you will do

• Build and run campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across a portfolio of more than 25 accounts
• Write ad copy and choose imagery for creatives that drive results
• Review performance data and share reports and recommendations with clients
• Agree goals, target audiences and budgets together with clients
• Set up Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and fix tracking or data issues
• Create custom audiences and conversion tracking from pixel data

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook ad campaigns
• Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Track record handling paid social for several clients at once
• Skills in tracking setup, traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Solid project management with close attention to detail
• Clear communication for client-facing work

Nice to have

• Experience running video ads
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other channels
• Media buying, planning and creative strategy on Meta
• HubSpot or similar CRM knowledge
