Localization Project Manager

About the role

Coordinate localization work for electronic clinical outcome assessment questionnaires, linking internal technical and design teams with outside translation vendors so client language needs are met on schedule.

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal eCOA teams and the developers of questionnaires
• Liaise with technical solutions and design staff and with third party translation vendors on development needs and client language requireme
• Investigate translation and eCOA needs such as layout, formatting and how content appears on devices
• Pass translation and eCOA requirements and deadlines to the right internal teams
• Send English json files and screen reports to vendors and return translated files to technical solutions for implementation
• Assemble screen report documents from screenshots, proofread them for completeness and order, and coordinate revisions with vendors and tech

What they look for

• Two to three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid localization background
• Bachelor's degree
• Genuine interest in language and research and a wish to work in the pharmaceutical field
• Experience handling several projects at the same time
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
