What you will do
- Handle crisis hotline calls with empathy and professionalism
- Offer evidence-based crisis counselling and de-escalation support
- Carry out risk assessments and arrange emergency services or referrals as needed
- Keep accurate and confidential records of each call
- Create tailored safety and crisis management plans for callers
- Ensure clear handovers between shifts
