Video Content Lead

About the role

Lead video and motion design for product launches, campaigns and technical storytelling. Shape the visual and motion language and turn complex software and AI ideas into clear narratives.

What you will do

• Set the visual direction for video and motion content across campaigns and launches
• Create polished animations for software interfaces, dashboards and workflows
• Develop original visual concepts and storytelling approaches for launches
• Translate AI and software ideas into accessible visual narratives
• Build experimental brand motion with particles, depth and data effects, including 3D elements
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, product and creative teams to deliver assets for multiple channels

What they look for

• A strong portfolio in motion design, product animation and technology visual work
• Advanced After Effects skills and solid Figma experience
• Editing ability with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or comparable 3D tools
• Ability to develop concepts independently from idea to final delivery
• Strong visual judgement and clear communication of technical concepts

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive, Lottie or Jitter
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney or Kling
• Knowledge of node-based workflows like ComfyUI or Flora
• Exposure to Houdini, TouchDesigner, Three.js, shaders or procedural tools
