Klaviyo Technical Specialist

About the role

A direct to consumer wellness brand needs a technical specialist to implement its email marketing inside Klaviyo. The role covers building campaigns and automations from briefs and design files, plus reporting on their performance.

What you will do

• Build campaigns, flows, segments and forms in Klaviyo from briefs and Figma files
• Create behavioral segments based on written specifications
• Fix triggers, filters and automations that are not firing as expected
• Set up popups, sign-up forms and welcome flows
• Keep email lists healthy and manage list hygiene
• Own reporting on email marketing performance

What they look for

• At least three years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
• At least three years in ecommerce, with Shopify brands or email agencies
• Proven ability to build behavioral segments from written specs
• Experience troubleshooting triggers and filters
• Hands-on work with popups, sign-up forms and welcome flows
• Practical implementation experience rather than design or strategy only

Nice to have

• Experience with supplement or consumables brands
• Exposure to B2B outbound and lead generation funnels

Pay

USD 2,000 to 2,500 per month
