Video Editor, Long and Short Form

About the role

Edit high volumes of short vertical videos and longer YouTube style content for a performance marketing agency. The work is fully remote and async first.

What you will do

• Edit vertical short-form videos of roughly 30 to 90 seconds for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Facebook
• Adapt pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios and audio to each platform
• Repurpose long episodes into clips and cutdowns that keep the story intact
• Edit 8 to 30 minute videos with strong structure, B-roll, music and sound design
• Organise footage, self-check, export platform ready files and track work in ClickUp

What they look for

• Three or more years of professional editing with a portfolio covering short and long form
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects skills
• Proven editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• A fast repeatable workflow with templates and presets
• Clear written English and at least four hours daily overlap with Pacific Time

Nice to have

• Experience with other AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI or Topaz
