Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

Create, manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a varied client base while improving organic social engagement. Serve as the client-facing point of contact for strategy and reporting.

What you will do

• Build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across more than 25 ad accounts
• Write ad copy, select images and produce video ads
• Analyze performance data and present detailed reports with optimization recommendations
• Align campaign goals, audiences and budgets with clients and check targeting and landing links
• Install and configure Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and fix tracking issues
• Set up custom conversions and build custom audiences from pixel data

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite across multiple clients
• Proficiency in tracking setups, web traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Strong project management and close attention to detail
• Analytical skills for data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication for client interactions and experience running video ads

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other digital channels such as Google Ads
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs and with Asana or similar tools
• Experience with Canva, plus copywriting and editing skills
