Account Manager, EPC Accounts

About the role

You will be the main contact for engineering, procurement and construction firms across the Americas, guiding compressor projects from early specification to long-term service. The role expands the company's presence in these markets.

What you will do

• Own the relationship with EPC accounts and their end clients, representing their needs to engineering and project teams
• Engage process and rotating equipment engineers early to position solutions before bids are issued
• Build strategic sales plans, direct sales support through quoting and bids, and give technical presentations
• Work with product management on alternative solutions when applications fall outside the standard range
• Negotiate orders and contracts with finance, legal and contracts staff, flagging risks and mitigation plans
• Coordinate with aftermarket through installation and commissioning, and track market activity and pipeline in Salesforce

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset with independent working ability
• Willingness to travel up to half the time and proficiency with Microsoft 365, ERP tools and Salesforce CRM

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent education and experience
