What you will do

  • Run daily operations for assigned PBM clients: touchbases, inquiry tracking, issue logs, escalations and satisfaction against contract terms
  • Be the main operational contact for client questions, whether they come from clients or from colleagues acting for them.
  • Co-lead quarterly and annual business reviews with Account Leads and help onboard new clients alongside the implementation team.
  • Collect client requirements for annual open enrollment, including benefit changes and custom plan setups.
  • Host client webinars, benefit fairs and employee education sessions, with travel to client sites possible during enrollment.
  • Track deliverables against contracts, flag risks and work with internal teams and vendors on fixes.

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
  • Five to eight years in pharmacy operations.
  • Client management skills and pharmacy benefit knowledge, plus strong communication and organization.
  • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
