Accounting Associate

About the role

Support the day-to-day bookkeeping of brewery clients while training toward a specialist accountant role, with a defined promotion path and pay increases.

What you will do

• Keep QuickBooks Online bank feeds clean by matching transactions, entering payroll and maintaining bank and POS syncs
• Collect and prepare statements and documentation to support monthly close for accountant colleagues
• Contact brewery clients to request information, answer questions and keep their accounting on track

What they look for

• Strong bookkeeping background as an accounting associate, bookkeeper or staff accountant
• Willingness to work only within the craft brewing niche and grow into a specialist
• Ability to manage a recurring book of clients and build deep familiarity over time
• Self-managing approach and commitment to ongoing learning
