What you will do

  • Handle monthly reconciliations for cash, inventory, fixed assets, intangibles and lease accounts
  • Keep lease records accurate in Occupier and check that rent payments and ASC 842 treatment are right
  • Set up wires and ACHs, review weekly payables runs and keep cash controls in place
  • Write technical memos on leases, revenue and disposals, and help with audit prep and tax filings
