Accounts Administrator

About the role

A remote accounting role covering receivables, payables, bank reconciliations and month-end work for New Zealand and US entities, reporting to the financial controller.

What you will do

• Manage the shared accounts inbox and route incoming email
• Enter supplier invoices into ApprovalMax and chase approvals
• Set up payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
• Keep bank reconciliations current in Xero for both entities
• Handle sales deduction reports and remittance coding
• Prepare month-end stock reconciliations and commission workbooks

What they look for

• Fluency in Xero with at least two years of recent experience
• Accuracy and reliability against recurring deadlines
• Comfort with accounts receivable and payable processes
• Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as the business grows
