What you will do
- Give goal-focused therapy to adults, children, adolescents and families using age-appropriate methods.
- Carry out a full assessment at the start of care, building on the triage already done by the clinical team.
- Deliver interventions such as CBT, DBT skills, play and art therapy, and family-based work.
- Offer immediate crisis support by phone or video, including risk assessment and suicide prevention.
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with child protection and adult safeguarding rules.
- Work with families, caregivers and school staff to support the person's care.
