What you will do

• Sit with business teams to map how work actually flows and where it gets stuck
• Prototype and ship AI automations, internal dashboards and small apps
• Use AI coding tools, APIs, SQL, Python, databases and low-code platforms to move fast
• Join systems that do not talk to each other and cut repetitive manual steps
• Build reporting that gives teams visibility and better data to decide with
• Find where LLMs and AI agents can raise output or accuracy

What they look for

• Two to four years in software engineering, automation, data engineering or technical operations
• Working knowledge of APIs, databases, SQL, Python and integration tools
• Track record building light internal apps, dashboards or workflow automations
• Sharp analytical sense and the ability to grasp a business process quickly
• Self-starter who proposes solutions and executes without detailed specs

First 90 days

• Independently find and deploy several improvements that measurably cut manual work
• Show gains in operational visibility, accuracy or speed of key business processes
• Be judged on the business value delivered rather than lines of code
