Build the AI foundations and product experiences of an equity management platform, including an in-app agent, an MCP server and shared capabilities other teams can reuse safely.

- Shape the MCP server so capabilities work both in the app and in external AI tools
- Build evaluation, tracing and feedback systems to measure and improve agent quality
- Design shared foundations so AI features are built once and reused across teams
- Own backend infrastructure, cost, latency and observability as usage grows
