What you will do

  • Add new platform capabilities each week, taking them from design through to production
  • Hook up internal systems and SaaS tools, mapping their APIs and data to a shared model with access rules
  • Build agents and their tools, including MCP servers other teams can call
  • Own evaluation sets, tracing, cost per answer and fixes for user-reported problems
  • Move proofs of concept into cloud production tools with proper security and access

  • Has shipped at least one LangGraph agent used by real people, covering tool calling, retrieval and embeddings
  • Hands-on with LLM APIs from major providers and with token and cost optimisation
  • Has worked with MCP or similar protocols as both server and client
  • Runs proper AI evaluation: test sets, LLM-as-judge, regression checks on prompt or model changes
  • Integrates SaaS APIs, SQL and data warehouses, and knows cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS
