Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Join the card loan platform team to build a high-throughput decision engine that matches payment network data to individual loans in real time. The work sits on the critical path of every transaction and demands correctness at massive scale.

What you will do

• Set technical direction by planning, prioritizing and executing projects aligned with product and business goals
• Lead design and delivery of large-scale, highly available services, including APIs and data models for microservices and event-driven system
• Work with product, analytics, design, legal and accounting partners to define requirements and shape the card loan lifecycle strategy
• Diagnose complex technical problems, optimize existing code and drive durable, scalable fixes
• Guide junior engineers, run design reviews and technical discussions, and promote best practices in code review
