Client Success Coordinator

About the role

An early-career role supporting a portfolio of clients as their day-to-day operational contact. The coordinator helps with satisfaction, adoption and retention while building a client success career.

What you will do

• Act as daily operational contact for roughly 75 to 100 clients using one or two services
• Learn each client's goals, service usage and success measures
• Answer client questions, log activity in CRM and service systems, and keep records accurate
• Educate clients on services and best practices to increase value and adoption
• Track client health, usage and sentiment to spot retention risks and escalate them
• Handle recurring account admin tasks and work with Client Care and Operations teams
