About the role

Contribute to research on trustworthy healthcare-focused AI by designing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks and validation environments. The work involves analysing medical reasoning and collaborating with clinicians, researchers and engineers.

What you will do

• Design evaluation frameworks, scoring methods and clinical quality rubrics for medical AI systems
• Build benchmark datasets and evaluation environments based on realistic clinical scenarios
• Analyse model performance to identify reasoning weaknesses, failure patterns and safety concerns
• Produce research reports, methodologies and best-practice guidelines
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers and engineers on healthcare AI standards

What they look for

• Credentials such as MD, DO, PhD, MPH or PharmD, or equivalent qualifications
• Demonstrated experience conducting medical, clinical or healthcare research
• Strong grasp of research design, evidence evaluation and healthcare decision-making
• Excellent analytical reasoning and scientific communication skills

USD 400,000 to 800,000 per year
