- Manage, coach and grow a team of six copywriters through one to ones, feedback and hiring
- Own editorial quality: accuracy, depth, voice, structure and product truth
- Edit content before it goes live and build the team's independence over time
- Work with SEO on keyword strategy, topic clusters, briefs and refreshes
- Align with web, technical SEO and design on publishing, templates and internal linking
