Customer Success Manager

About the role

A remote customer success role focused on onboarding new accounts, keeping subscribers renewing and growing existing accounts. The position also involves shaping internal processes and customer education content.

What you will do

• Run onboarding calls, train new customers and complete technical setup steps
• Host working sessions, check-ins, team trainings and quarterly business reviews
• Coordinate with account executives to spot risks to renewal
• Grow revenue from existing accounts by increasing recurring revenue
• Create education materials such as feature videos and user guides
• Document best practices and help refine internal processes

• Experience in the bookkeeping or accounting industry
• Ability to explain and teach complex software products
• Strong attention to detail and a customer centric mindset

• Interest in working at a startup and taking on extra duties

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding customers onto a software platform and driving adoption
• Record of strong renewal or retention rates, with upsells a bonus
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion or Salesforce
• Comfort with fast moving, loosely structured environments

Pay

USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year
