ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

Serve as the link between business stakeholders and IT, making sure ServiceNow solutions match organisational goals. Turn complex business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.

What you will do

• Run workshops, interviews and requirements sessions to capture and document business processes
• Map current processes and design improved workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
• Perform gap analyses and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions
• Work with administrators, developers and architects to keep solutions aligned with needs
• Plan and run test strategies, test scripts and user acceptance testing

What they look for

• At least five years as a business or functional analyst supporting ServiceNow work
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes
• Knowledge of business analysis methods
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications
