APAC Product Launch and Market Readiness Project Manager

About the role

A new regional role leading country by country launches of cell analysis, genomics and pathology products across Asia Pacific, from regulatory clearance to first customer use.

What you will do

• Run multi country launch programs from product readiness through regulatory clearance and first adoption
• Build the plan, budget, schedule and resourcing for each priority launch in each market
• Track scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones and deliver against them
• Assess risks, find critical path dependencies early and escalate them to stakeholders
• Coordinate channel partners on training, certification, demo instruments, ordering and account planning
• Select and manage third party regulatory partners against agreed deliverables and service levels

What they look for

• Five to eight years of experience in product launch or a closely related area
• Willingness to travel up to about 40 percent across India and wider APAC
• Ability to meet customer and vendor credentialing, including identification and health and safety rules
