What you will do
- Review clinical appeal cases and bring them to a fair, accurate resolution
- Interpret clinical records and apply the right criteria and policies
- Coordinate case resolution with clinicians inside and outside the organisation
- Support appeals across utilisation management, coding or behavioural health lines
What they look for
- An active, unrestricted registered nurse licence in your state of residence
- At least three years of clinical practice
- An associate degree or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in appeals, managed care or utilisation review
- Comfort moving between several computer systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
