What you will do
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, restoring service for critical business systems
- Investigate performance problems, system alerts, batch failures, integration and middleware issues
- Work with the command centre, first tier operations, engineering, infrastructure teams and outside vendors
- Analyse systems and processes to find efficiency gains and reliability improvements
- Define technical specifications and standards that keep applications scalable and sustainable
- Follow software development lifecycle practices and manage risks in line with compliance standards
