Front line support for a financial software client, handling tickets, reproducing issues and coordinating escalations while working remotely from home.
What you will do
- Track and handle incoming tickets in Zendesk
- Send initial replies within agreed service levels
- Gather details such as screenshots, versions, reproduction steps and expected results
- Reproduce problems in test environments and perform basic troubleshooting
- Route complex cases to higher tiers, QA or product teams and follow them through
- Log and monitor bug tickets in Azure DevOps and propose workflow improvements
What they look for
- Strong spoken and written English
- Customer support background, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Practical Zendesk knowledge
- Familiarity with the fintech sector
- Understanding of ticket handling, service levels and escalation paths
- Resident in the EU and open to a criminal record check
Nice to have
- Experience with financial software or fintech
- Knowledge of financial products and operations
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience improving Zendesk workflows, macros or automations
