You will act as the link between business clients and technical teams for a financial software company, handling support requests and helping shape support processes from the start.
What you will do
- Track and handle incoming support tickets in Zendesk
- Send first replies within agreed service levels
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, versions, reproduction steps and expected results
- Run basic troubleshooting and recreate problems in test environments
- Answer routine questions from documentation and user guides
- Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers, QA, developers or product teams and follow them to closure
What they look for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Strong hands-on Zendesk knowledge
- Familiarity with the fintech sector
- Understanding of ticket handling, service levels, escalation paths and support workflows
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and documenting technical details clearly
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or financial software
- General grasp of financial products and operations
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience recreating software bugs
