What you will do
- Create and improve agentic AI systems for documentation, coding, appeals and denial handling
- Shape long-horizon agent behaviour covering retrieval, tool use, memory, routing and escalation
- Turn expert clinical workflows into specifications, rubrics, gold standards and test cases
- Set up evaluation and feedback loops using expert review, logs, benchmarks and production data
- Take new AI capabilities from early prototype to hardened, monitored and explainable production use
- Work with research, clinical, product and engineering colleagues on scalable AI solutions
