What you will do

  • Coordinate receiving, staging and installation of artworks with artists, fabricators and vendors.
  • Draft contracts with artists and vendors from existing templates and track project schedules.
  • Liaise with maintenance, operations and horticulture teams on space use and park access.
  • Maintain existing artworks, keep storage and production spaces organized, and handle event set-up and breakdown.
