Associate Data Partnerships Manager

About the role

A commercial role focused on finding and signing data partnerships that support AI training and evaluation. The person leads outreach, discovery and negotiation through to signed agreements.

What you will do

• Find companies whose operational data could support AI training and evaluation work
• Create outbound prospecting plans across chosen industries and company types
• Approach founders, executives and other senior decision makers to open conversations
• Run discovery calls to learn about partner data assets and commercial goals
• Negotiate partnership structures and commercial terms, then close agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams to hand off signed partners and support onboarding

What they look for

• At least two years in business development, partnerships, B2B sales or similar commercial work
• Proven record of sourcing, negotiating and closing B2B partnerships or commercial deals
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and building a pipeline
• Confident speaking with founders, executives and business owners
• Able to explain technical, data and privacy ideas to non-technical audiences
• Self-starting and comfortable with high ownership in a fast-moving setting

Pay

USD 160,000 to 250,000 per year
