Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Medical Science Liaison)

About the role

Serve as a field-based scientific liaison advancing medical strategy for developmental and marketed cell therapies across a Southeast territory. The role involves scientific exchange, insight gathering and cross-functional collaboration with external experts.

What you will do

• Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange and act as a credible partner to the healthcare community
• Present disease state and product data to internal and external audiences using approved materials
• Map and profile external experts and build territory engagement plans
• Develop relationships with clinicians and investigators in academic and community settings
• Support clinical trial site identification and execution in line with regulations
• Share best practices to maintain consistent field medical standards

• High degree of independence in a field-based individual contributor role
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and company policies
• Residence in the Southeast region, with Florida preferred
