What you will do
- Direct retrospective database studies from protocol design through final delivery
- Advise biopharma clients on first-in-kind study designs and serve as a scientific expert
- Work with account and business development teams to find new methodological solutions
- Develop approaches such as external control arms, causal inference and genomic data integration
- Plan and lead peer-reviewed publications, abstracts and conference presentations
- Coordinate data science, biostatistics and product teams to scale proven methods

- PhD, PharmD or Masters in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics or a similar quantitative field
- Seven or more years in HEOR or real-world evidence, including at least three in a leadership role

- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards such as GEP and HIPAA
