- Act as the daily coordination point across business stakeholders, brands, functions and partner technical teams
- Support technical onboarding, aligning on formats, metadata, delivery needs and readiness milestones
- Monitor ingestion and pipeline performance after launch and coordinate fixes with internal and external teams
- Keep a central tracker of technical and business data issues with clear ownership and closure
- Track service level adherence and delivery performance, flagging risks and recurring gaps
- Maintain documentation, metadata, catalog inputs and asset inventory records
