Associate, Investor-Backed Healthcare

About the role

An associate role on a search team, finding and developing candidates for clients in investor backed healthcare and life sciences, and assessing their fit against client needs.

What you will do

• Build candidate pipelines through active networking across a wide range of organisations
• Use an understanding of diversity to find and connect with multicultural leaders
• Carry out preliminary phone screens and describe the position to potential candidates
• Compare candidate skills with client needs through telephone interviews
• Run reference checks on candidates put forward
• Work closely with lead consultants and with research delivery and operations

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree, with a master's strongly preferred
• Three or more years in executive search, research, recruitment or a related industry
• Substantial experience and skill with computer systems, databases and email
• Strong assessment skills
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
