Associate Manager, Market Access & Pricing

About the role

Helps project teams secure optimal reimbursement for client products by using clinical, economic and humanistic evidence to show treatment value to Canadian payers.

What you will do

• Research and critically appraise literature and data to build submission dossier components
• Help draft reports, clinical summaries, budget impact models, pharmacoeconomic evaluations and pricing analyses
• Track submission guideline requirements and compile documents and templates for health technology bodies
• Prepare draft slide decks and tools for negotiations and product listing agreements
• Lead defined scope projects such as private payer and provincial submissions and landscape reviews
• Train and mentor associates on submission setup, compilation and upload processes

What they look for

• At least one year of experience on a Canadian market access and pricing team
• Competence in core activities supporting submissions to Canadian health technology agencies, provinces and private payers
• Specialised knowledge of private payer and provincial copy submission requirements
• Strong research, writing and critical appraisal skills
• Ability to present internally and externally and liaise between clients and Canadian payers
