Act as a strategic analytics partner to a clinical operations team, delivering business intelligence, operational reporting and financial insights that improve program performance and member outcomes.

What you will do
- Partner with clinical operations, business operations and quality stakeholders to define analytical needs
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards and self-service analytics on program and operational performance
- Analyse claims, member, provider and utilisation data to find trends, gaps and risks
- Produce recurring and ad hoc operational and financial reports for leadership
- Validate data accuracy and reconcile metrics across systems and audiences
- Present findings and recommendations through visualisations, presentations and written summaries
