What you will do

• Check vehicle condition data in inspection reports for accuracy and flag discrepancies
• Investigate and settle customer arbitration claims as an impartial technical expert
• Keep customers informed and explain the technical reasoning behind outcomes
• Coach customers and internal teams on best practices
• Translate complicated mechanical or cosmetic findings into plain language
