Billing Operations Analyst

About the role

Support the revenue team by handling customer billing questions, onboarding accounts into billing and finance systems, and analysing revenue data. The role also contributes to month end closing and financial controls.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer emails and answer external billing questions promptly
• Onboard customers into internal billing and finance systems
• Prepare and format large raw datasets for billing reports and queries
• Support month end close, recurring billing approvals and customer credit tracking
• Help build and roll out invoicing and revenue related financial controls
• Investigate customer billing problems and explain findings to the sales team
